Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Casablanca Commercial Court, with Moroccan law applicable to both the substance and procedure.

Welcome to RentmeCasa Conciergerie, your trusted partner for short-term accommodation bookings in Morocco. Please take the time to read our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (CGV/CGU) carefully to understand how our platform works and the commitments you and RentmeCasa Conciergerie make in our collaboration.

  1. Scope of RentmeCasa Conciergerie’s General Terms of Use

These CGV/CGU apply to every use of our website and any transaction made through our platform. By continuing to use our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Role of Palmroc Conciergerie

RentmeCasa Conciergerie acts as an intermediary between property owners and travelers wishing to make reservations. By using our platform, you acknowledge that RentmeCasa Conciergerie is not the owner of the listed properties. To ensure an optimal customer experience, we only offer properties on our site that we manage completely, including check-ins, cleaning, check-outs, and general maintenance.

  1. Order Process

We have set up a simple and intuitive order process. By following the steps indicated on our site, you can make a reservation easily.

  1. Offers and Orders

Our accommodation offers are subject to availability. You can place orders by following the reservation process outlined on our platform.

  1. Suspension and/or Closure of an Account

RentmeCasa Conciergerie reserves the right to suspend or close a user account in case of non-compliance with the CGV/CGU or abusive behavior.

  1. Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform is the intellectual property of RentmeCasa Conciergerie and cannot be used without permission.

  1. Platform Security

We are committed to implementing security measures to protect your information. However, it is important to understand that no online platform is completely free of risks.

  1. Notifications

By using our platform, you consent to receive notifications from us regarding your account, reservations, and other service-related information.

  1. Nullity

If any provision of these CGV/CGU is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of the other provisions.

  1. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Casablanca Commercial Court, with Moroccan law applicable to both the substance and procedure.

III. Rental Conditions

  1. Reservation and Payment

Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received. Rates include standard cleaning fees but may be adjusted based on additional services requested. Payment options are specified during the booking process.

  1. Check-in and Check-out

Arrival and departure times are indicated in the reservation. Additional fees may apply for late arrivals or early departures not agreed upon in advance.

  1. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out, subject to inspection.

  1. Subletting

Subletting is prohibited.

  1. Number of Occupants

The number of occupants must correspond to the number indicated in the reservation and not exceed the maximum capacity of the property. Additional fees may be charged for undeclared occupants.

  1. Use of the Property

Tenants agree to use the property appropriately and respectfully. Loud or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.

  1. Pets

The presence of pets must be reported before the reservation. Additional fees may apply.

  1. Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for non-compliance with this rule.

  1. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately.

  1. Tenant Identity

In accordance with Moroccan law, we cannot accept reservations from unmarried couples if one partner is Moroccan. In such cases, a marriage certificate is required. However, non-Moroccan unmarried couples are welcome to make reservations in full compliance with the law.

  1. Force Majeure

In case of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation.

IV. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At RentmeCasa Conciergerie, we understand that plans can change, and we are here to make the cancellation process as simple as possible. We believe in transparency and flexibility, which is why we have developed a cancellation and refund policy to meet your needs.

  1. Easy Cancellations, Quick Refunds

1.1 Free Cancellation up to 14 Days Before Arrival

We offer a free cancellation period to give you the freedom to change your mind. If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will be eligible for a full refund.

1.2 Cancellation Between 7 and 14 Days Before Arrival

If your plans change between 7 and 14 days before arrival, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, RentmeCasa Conciergerie offers a partial refund of 50% to ensure maximum flexibility.

1.3 Cancellation Within the Last 7 Days

Although cancellations in the last few days are more restrictive due to advanced planning, we are committed to refunding you as much as possible. Contact our support team as soon as possible to discuss your options.

  1. Special Conditions

2.1 Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations can occur. In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or major events, please contact us directly. We will review each case individually to find the best solution.

2.2 Reservation Modifications

If you need to change your reservation dates instead of canceling, we will do our best to accommodate your new plans, subject to availability.

You have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting hello@rentmecasa.com. This processing has been notified and authorized by the CNDP under receipt/authorization number in process.
